This is something I wrote on my MySpace blog and just re-read it for laughs. I hope those of you who have not heard this story yet enjoy it!
Here is a funny little story of my little man....
Last Sunday was Mother's Day and after we came home from church Dave and Aaron signed a few cards and Aaron "delivered" them. Well, he got upset that there was no card for him and didn't understand why I got two and he had none. My response was, "it's mother's day, it's my day. It's not your day, it's not Aaron's day. When it is your day you can do something special and get a card". So today after church we were taking him to Dave's parents for a visit per his request when I hear him pipe up from the backseat, "Mommy, is it some other day or Aaron's day?" It took a minute but I figured out what he meant and after I choked back a few giggles I told him it was in fact His Day and he was going to Grammy's for a while to celebrate. He so sweetly and cutely replied, "Oh, thank you Mommy!" It was hysterical! After I picked him up from Dave's mom's we had friends over for Dave to fix their van and they brought pizza for dinner. Now this had been planned for several days, however I told Aaron it was part of Aaron's Day. He was so excited, and Angie even had her kids say "Happy Aaron's Day" to him as they left. I guess the Sunday after Father's Day will have to be Belle's Day now. I love my children, they are a never-ending sourse of entertainment!
Happy Aaron's Day to you all!

Hi Aaron, Happy belated Aaron's Day !! Hi Katie ! K, so today I decided to take a look at the "art car" and drove down both N and S sides of your street. I did not get an opportunity to witness the "art car" but I was totally taken by the (not sure if it was a van or a SUV) but it had many many many plastic animals, dinosaurs etc. on the roof and grass on the sides. Does this vehicle ring a bell to you ??? It was parked on the owner's front lawn, not in the driveway. I will continue to look for the "art car" LOL, have a good one !!! Lora
Yeah, that's the next door neighbors truck, aren't we lucky? (Note the sarcasim!) Dave drives our car to work so it is usually only here at night and on the weekends. Better luck next time! :)
